iOS 15：カーソル移動時に出現する虫眼鏡が復活

iOS 15では、カーソルを移動する際に虫眼鏡（ルーペ）が表示される仕様になった。iOS 13以降、虫眼鏡は非表示。カーソルの位置が指で隠れてしまっていたため不便だった。

iOS 13で実装されていた虫眼鏡よりは小型化されているが、無いよりあったほうが正確なカーソル移動がしやすくなるだろう。
