Nokia、Withingsを1億9100万ドルで買収へ
本日、NokiaはWithingsを買収することを発表した！買収額は1億7000万ユーロ（1億9100万ドル、212億5,000万円）になるとのこと。
Withingsと言えばスマート体重計「Smart Body Analyzer WS-501」やスマートウォッチ「Activite Pop」などが有名。NokiaのCEO、Rajeev Suri氏はデジタルヘルス市場の重要性を強調し、Withings買収によってその事業領域への進出を加速するとコメントしている。
