Google Pixel 6a、発売は7月に延期か

Googleが準備中とされる低価格帯のスマートフォン「Pixel 6a」は、当初予定していた5月から延期される可能性がある。AppleやGoogle関連情報を正確にリークしてきたJon Prosser氏によると、チップ不足の影響で7月に延期されるという。

Googleは初のスマートウォッチ「Pixel Watch」の発表を同時期に予定。発売日は現地時間5月26日が予定されているが、「Pixel 6a」延期の影響で変わる可能性があると伝えている。

「Pixel 6a」および「Pixel Watch」は先日、米国キャリアの在庫データベースに登録が確認されている。「Pixel 6a」はブラック、ホワイト、グリーンの3色展開で、ストレージは128GBのみ。「Pixel Watch」はグレー、ブラック、ゴールドの3色展開で、32GBの内蔵ストレージが確認されている。価格などは明らかになっていない。
