Apple「iPhone Xは爆発的に売れてる、需要満たすために頑張る」

Appleは、「iPhone X」の売れ行きについてコメントを発表。予約受付開始直後から爆発的に売れているとのことで、需要を満たすために全力を尽くしている、と伝えている。

We are thrilled to be taking orders for iPhone X, the future of the smartphone. We can see from the initial response, customer demand is off the charts. We’re working hard to get this revolutionary new product into the hands of every customer who wants one, as quickly as possible.

また、改めて、発売日である11月3日（金）の朝8時からは予約無しで購入できる、当日販売を実施することも強調。オンライン予約で当日入手が難しい場合は、覚悟を決めた上で直営店の前で並ぶのもありかもしれない。

なお、海外では出荷日が一部前倒しされ、発売日に入手可能になるという事例が報告されている。年内入手、という目標なのであれば諦めずに今のうちに予約しておいた方が良いかもしれない。
